Welcome to the first edition of my regularly released newsletter! I'm sitting at our dining room table drinking hot coffee with Breezy Acoustic music in the background and listening to the chilly Autumn wind whip around outside my window. Thankfully, everyone is still asleep and I have a bit of time to put this together. I've been thinking about doing this for years, but now I'm ready to make it happen.
This is my way of connecting with each of you: an opportunity to bring a bit of my life into yours and hopefully, be a little oasis of thoughtful ideas, tips and musings that will bring a touch of calm and inspiration to your week.

Inspiration Keep your Tribe close. Do small things for your Tribe members so they feel seen and heard. Leaders, keep your tribe together; create opportunities for shared experiences and check-in with each other. Share the magic of your life. It's time to create magical spaces with as many Tribe members as possible. Go for walks, have fires, sing and drum. Wish your Tribe members a happy birthday. Lots of snuggles with your immediate Tribe! Spend more sincere and fun time with your family. See what each member of your Tribe needs and meet them where they're at.
Self-Care Tip: Daily Foot Massage What is our most used and underappreciated body part? I would say, probably our poor little footsies. Try doing this daily foot massage first thing in the morning or right before bed (or both!). It is a great way to feel more present and connected to your body and the Earth. And it feels SO good! Put some relaxing music on or an inspirational podcast and have some oil or lotion nearby.
Ankle Circling: To begin, remove shoes, socks, and jewelry. Place your right foot on top of your left thigh. Using both hands, rotate your foot at the ankle.
Apply Oil or Lotion: Put a dab of delicious smelling oil or lotion in your hands & completely coat your foot. Don't forget in between your toes!
Sole Rub: Place one hand on top of your foot and the other on your sole. Rub your hands back and forth across your foot in short strokes. Tailor your self-massage to your needs by using brisk strokes to stimulate (especially helpful for cold feet) or gentle strokes to soothe. Concentrating on the entire foot, toe to heel.
Toe Stretch: With one hand, gently stretch your toes back. With the other hand, use a loose fist or an open palm and gently tap the sole of your foot to stimulate blood circulation.
T-Shape Fan: Wrap both hands around your foot, with thumbs meeting at the bottom of your sole and fingers curled lightly onto the top of the foot. Press your thumbs into the sole, then sweep them up the center of your sole. Near the toes, fan the thumbs out toward the sides of the feet to complete the T-shape and stretch the foot outward.
Thumb Circling: With hands wrapped around the foot, move your thumbs in rhythmic, kneading circles across the sole of the foot.
